FLAVOURS & PRODUCT INFO

My custom cakes are made to order with handmade buttercream. Please note that I design exclusively with buttercream, and can't accept requests for fondant-covered or decorated cakes.
 

Popular sizes are 6", 8", or 10" inch cakes (serving 12, 20, or 30 people). Additional sizes and tiered cakes are available too.

All cakes include 3 layers of sponge and 2 layers of buttercream and candy/biscuit/fudge filling.

CUSTOM CAKE POLICIES

I require 5 - 10 working days' notice (M - F). 10 working days notice is required for custom cakes to be sure I can source any additional design elements for your cake. I am unable to source any elements until I have received full payment from you. If you'd like a custom cake without additional design elements (anything beyond a name topper) - for example, you are looking to modify a cake flavour combination from my signature collection - then 5 days notice is accepted. Any toppers beyond buttercream may not be edible and will be sourced after your full payment is received.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

For all custom orders please fill out the custom order form below. I reply to form submissions during business hours (M - F from 9 am - 5 pm). Once I receive your completed form, I will invoice you for your order cost. Complete payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving this final invoice to secure your date and confirm your order. Then I can begin designing and sourcing elements for your order!

 
If you need to cancel your order, please notify me 10 days prior to your event for a 50% refund. 

 

COLLECTION & DELIVERY INFO

Local delivery or collection only - I cannot post my products.

Collection
You can collect your orders for free Monday - Friday between 11am - 4pm. If you need to collect outside these hours, please contact me and I'll try to accommodate as best as I can.

Delivery
Delivery for large orders is available upon request. Delivery fees are based upon location.

At this time I do not offer any gluten-free, nut-free, or dairy-free products. My kitchen and products are not gluten, nut, or dairy-free.
