Butter, Sugar, Flower is based in The Polygon, Southampton, Hampshire. You can collect your cakes and cupcake orders free of charge. We can also deliver for a fee around parts of Hampshire. We cannot post our products.
Are you a nut or gluten free environment?
No, our kitchen is not nut or gluten free.
What about other allergens?
Please ask us for any allergy information.
How much notice should I give you for an order?
We require a minimum of 4 days notice for all orders; however, please contact us if this isn't possible as we may be able to do a rush order for you. All rush orders will have a 20% rush fee added to the total order cost.
No orders will be accepted within 48 hours of collection/delivery.
For custom theme cakes, 7 days notice is required to ensure the design you'd like can be secured in time.
How long do your products stay delicious for?
Our products are baked fresh and free from any preservatives. Buttercream cakes will taste great for five days or more after collection, and are perfectly fine stored airtight on your countertop. During warmer months, refrigerate your cake - but remember to take it out 2 hours prior to enjoying for best taste and texture.
How can I pay for my order?
As is common practice and to protect the business from missed order collections as well as to cover time and costs, payment must be made in advance. We prefer payment via bank transfer if possible, and we also accept credit cards. Please pay upon receipt of invoice as we book up quickly and other orders may get confirmed for your date.
Is Butter, Sugar, Flower certified?
Yes, Butter, Sugar, Flower is fully insured, holds a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate, and is completely registered with the local authority.
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us 10 days prior to your event for a 50% refund.
