How do I place an order?

What do you charge for custom cakes and cupcakes?

My custom and kid's cakes and cupcakes have the same base pricing as my signature collections; additional costs are from the design process to sourcing design elements for your special creation. Please submit a Custom Order Form here.

 

Once I receive your completed form, I will invoice you for your order. Complete payment for this must be made within 24 hours of receiving this final invoice.

Collection/Delivery

Butter, Sugar, Flower is based in Gloucestershire. You can collect your cakes and cupcake orders without charge.

Do you offer nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or egg-free cakes?

No, I do not offer nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or egg-free cakes.

 

What about other allergens?

Please ask me for any allergy information.

 

How much notice should I give you to place an order?

  • For all of my signature cupcake boxes, signature cakes and cupcake bouquets, 5 business days' notice is required (if ordering on a Friday, the earliest your cake would be ready would be the following Friday).

  • For all custom and kid's cupcakes and cakes, I require a minimum of 10 working days' notice (M-F) to be sure I can source any additional design elements for your theme.

How long do your products stay delicious for?

My products are baked fresh and free from any preservatives. Buttercream cakes will taste great for seven days after collection and are perfectly fine stored airtight on your countertop. During warmer months, refrigerate your cake - but remember to take it out 2 hours prior to enjoying for the best taste and texture. For cupcakes, remove them from the refrigerator one hour prior.

 

How can I pay for my order? 

I require advance payment for all orders. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online securely via credit card.

 

Cancellation Policies

  • For all orders, should you need to cancel please notify me via email 10 days prior to your event for a 50% refund. For notice less than that, I do not offer any refunds.
